Hi, this is my first post here.
I just finished a Cobra replica recently and now want to consider a 69 Camaro build. A friend of mine told me about the new steel bodies that are available. I was also told that you could practically build a new car from the ground up with mail order parts. After seeing the Eckler's catalog, I am convinced that may be possible.
My question is: Can you title a car that you built from the ground up and WITHOUT a donor car? Obviously you would not have a COA to use as you would with a kit car per se. But is there anyone out there that has done what I am proposing and have been able to title and license their car?
Thanks, Dan
