I am in Ontario Canada & Need help to search a USA titled 70 Camaro & still is in the USA & I would like to search for LIENS or any info...like theft recover etc... before I attempt to BUY IT !....Title registered in Michigan..I have a 13 digit vin #....I have tried many different sites //BUT NONE go back that far...they all ONLY give Info on 1981 & newer with 17 digits

CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT !!
